Mariano Kramer, Cal/OSHA will discuss a much-needed and important update on Cal/OSHA regulations and enforcement priorities. The presentation will cover updates to silica regulations and fall protection requirements, as well as Findings from the Survey of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses and the efforts of the Labor Enforcement Task Force.

Mary Chapman, CSLB will join us to discuss new laws affecting contractors. She will present updates on licensing, enforcement, and fee increases.

A Q/A will follow the presentations.
