The Commercial Industry Education Program (CIEP) offers educational safety seminars for commercial drivers, carriers, and drivers of passenger vehicles. These seminars identify actions drivers can take to avoid a collision, specific tips on sharing the road with other vehicles, and an outline of basic rules of the road.
